Only in our heads actually. That supposed thing about seeing life flash before your eyes before dying making it feel like time slows is a hint of that. Sometimes you get the feeling time flies. However no one ever get the feeling time goes back. Not in this sense anyway. History does repeat and flashbacks memories, but no one has seen a brick fall up in a gravity zone.

Time as we know it was never something we found basis for in this solar system as all its cycles are an ever ongoing change and our time window is too small to draw it accurately like we can for instance do with gravity. If time came from out there it would be something actually tangible, perhaps even constant.

Our brain perceives time through light. It's not a coincidence you loose track of time in isolated darkness like a dark prison cell. But yeah the perception of it comes to us from light energy, not some invisible time band, still, all that really means is now is not before now, but rather after. If that is time in our heads and it gives us the peace of mind then it works as we are simple creatures, but we do have a narrow mind compared to the extent and complexity we have around us.

If there is a time cloak around us is another thing. The first question is would time be perceived similarly on the outside? I mean would it suddenly be something more than what we think of it? Measurable/observable like gravity.... I would presume it would suddenly be possible to go back in time for one thing.

Just in case anyone wondered. I don't know, but that worked for me. I don't have to think of this again in my time. Now let's solve some other existential questions so we can get back to writing the second verse to bomb, i ran.

I appreciate an open mind... but the envelope albeit intriguing in this thread portends balanced upon uneven perceptions.

The "time cloak" label is deceptive. This is only a optical illusion - nothing more.

Photon speeds have been adjusted but, other than using time as a measuring stick for the delay, no true "time cloak" is developed. A more accurate title for this would be "Light Cloak

That is "tinnitus", a wide-spread medical condition (brain damage). Nothing to do with microwaves.

"Microwave auditory effect" does exist, but it's different from tinnitus.
