I was starting to have a few dreams when I stopped using flouride tooth paste and drank only bottled water. Then my filiing came out, and went to the dentist. They xrayed my head and teeth, then cleaned my teeth with sodium flouride (calcium floride is naturally occuring). I felt terrible and didn't dream a thing last night  You have to stay away from the aluminum laced deodorant/ anti antiperspirants also. Far better to fast, if you really want to project to another place or walk thru walls. Oh, I already do that. I use Tom's brand
