Another X Flare NOW!

I'm in Northern VA and have Direct TV. Nothing going on with mine right now since 7am.

so 1429 has produced 3 X-flares so far.. nice!

Wow, thats a pretty big one. Is it here yet? ;p

so will any of these x class flares have any negative impact upon us?

dont be so sure. most people wouldn't put 2 & 2 together if they were feeling out of sorts and scrambled.

Incoming! The new WSA-Enlil Solar Wind Prediction is calling for an almost direct CME impact during the middle of tomorow (March 8). The solar wind is expected to increase to over 800 km/s and Strong Geomagnetic Storming will be possible. This plasma cloud is the result of the X5.4 and X1.3 Solar Flare event very early this morning.

This event could be large enough to knock out satellite communication and power possibly.

it will have impacts on some electronics and radiowaves most likely...

Humans are also influenced by them on some level...migraines with aura, vertigo, dizziness, heart attacks, etc. have been strongly correlated with times of higher solar activity...
