These cases we are discussing are acting more like SARS.

Radiation ?

"Five members of a family living one mile south of the Calvert Cliffs nuclear power plant were hospitalized over the last two weeks, with flu-like symptoms described as "severe respiratory illnesses." Four of those family members died.
The department recommends people with flu-like symptoms like fever, cough, or sore throat contact their doctors to see if they would benefit from antiviral or other medications. Currently, county health officials are not advising any specific preventive measures."

1918 started somewhere, mate.
Just a matter of time before the next one.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 498151

THE SPANISH INFLUENZA EPIDEMIC OF 1918 WAS CAUSED BY VACCINATIONS

Report by a Dr. Eleanora I. McBean that lived through it:

and yet another by Eustace Mullins:

MURDER BY INJECTION - 1918 Spanish flu

[link to www.yamaguchy.com]
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1306052

Wrong.

It started in France at the end of WW I at a base where thousands and thousands of people from all over the world were passing through going back home.

They had all the livestock in one area including pigs and chickens and they think the bird flu passed to a pig then to a humans.

They tracked it back to one man stationed at that base.

There is a documentary out that explains the start of the epidemic.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 12128625

there was another article that mentioned the availability and promotion of asprin at the time, that coincided with the flu outbreak.

At the onset of the flu (fevers and aching), people would take asprin and two things happened:-

1. they felt better so got out of bed and moved around (exposing others)
2. asprin lowered body tempreture, which took out the immune systems first line of defence. Your immune system raises body tempreture to prevent viral replication.

Not that you could blame the spanish flu on asprin, but it might have been another contributing aspect to how damaging it was.

To the idiots claiming the flu is no big deal, tell that to the families of the hundreds of thousands of people it kills each year.

That said, while it is quite common for elderly people such as the mother of this family to succumb to the flu, it is HIGHLY unusual for people in their early 50s to die from it, and esp. within a week...

Something is very wrong here. Either they were all exposed to the same antigen that caused the "underlying illness" at a much earlier time, there was something very toxic in that house, or we are dealing with an unimaginable horror.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 5240732

There is a huge difference between the CDC's estimated number of deaths and the actual number of deaths from influenza.

“CDC estimated that about 36,000 people died of seasonal flu-related causes each year, on average, during the 1990s in the United States. This figure includes people dying from complications of seasonal flu. This estimate came from a 2003 study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), which looked at the 1990-91 through the 1998-99 flu seasons. Statistical modeling was used to estimate how many flu-related deaths occurred among people whose underlying cause of death on their death certificate was listed as a respiratory or circulatory disease. During these years, the number of estimated deaths ranged from 17,000 to 52,000.”

The fact is the 36,000 number of deaths is really an estimate and not an exact number as often it is represented. More importantly it is a mathematical estimate based on an assumption that if a death certificate had “respiratory or circulatory disease” listed as a cause of death that it should be counted as a “flu-related” death.

Just how many deaths are directly associated with the flu? According to Peter Doshi in the British Medical Journal:

‘… according to the CDC's National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS), “influenza and pneumonia” took 62,034 lives in 2001 - 61,777 of which were attributed to pneumonia and 257 to flu, and in only 18 cases was flu virus positively identified. Between 1979 and 2002, NCHS data show an average 1348 flu deaths per year (range 257 to 3006).’

I'm thinking there may seriously be something airborne. I mean since last year birds have been falling dead out of the sky, marine life is washing up dead all over the place, etc. Only about 2 weeks or so ago, dead birds fell out of the sky in Maryland... and now this? Hello
This is a good story and would help to scare everyone. As bad as it sounds this is just a story to get you fearful. When the ptb release the true pandemic into the major cities. You will know it. I feel the death rate will probably be over 70% to get people running for that perfect vaccine. We are so trained to get them. Then the number of the beast will be in all that get that vaccine.

To prepare get vitamin D with calcium. I seen the trucks that carried this super flu to different cities. A poster on another website pointed it out and said he delivered them to all types of cities getting paid cash. His instructions were to be on call and come in when they want. Drive without stopping until you get there. Do not turn off the refrigeration if you do stop but don't leave the vehicle. They were escorted also by an unmarked van.

I seen that setup on 95 near philly and I thought that that was weird.

God Bless.

Underground bases/ Research facilities in Maryland.

Edgewood Arsenal, Maryland, Martins AFB, and Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland

Functions: Unknown
Levels: Unknown
Tunnels to: Unknown
Notes: Don wrote: I was just looking at your satellite photo of the chem trails over the East Coast (Maryland in particular), and I noticed a strange coincidence. I'm from Maryland and I noticed that the two streaks over the state seem to run next to major military installations. The more eastern of the two runs over Aberdeen Proving Ground, Edgewood Arsenal, and Martins AFB. The more western of the two runs near Ft. Meade. Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood Arsenal seem to have a lot of strange or peculiar things about them as well. I live near both and often can hear the weapons testing.

I know for a fact that there are large storages of chemical weapons at Edgewood. In high school, we had to do pressurization drills once a month where the entire school would pile into the gym and we would seal the gym and pressurize it to keep the gas out. There are sirens all over the community they test once a week (every Wed. at 4) that are to alert of potential chemical weapons leaks.
There is constant military air traffic all over the area, and chemtrails are a regular occurrence (until I was about 18, I thought it was normal for contrails to stay for at least 6 hours!). These two bases are always heavily guarded and secured, even before 9/11.

One of my friend's dad is an army chemist out there, and he is not allowed to even discuss what he does. The only way I knew that he was a chemist was because he is a doctor and the insignia on his uniform is from the chemical corps. He is very secretive and often disappears late at night to go to work, apparently at a moment's notice (he has two pagers, a govt. one and his regular one).
Aberdeen Proving Grounds is the United States' largest military testing facility, and Edgewood Arsenal is it's largest store of arms.
I could fill a book with the peculiarities of these two installations.

Haven't read the whole thread so maybe someone has already mentioned that it sounds like pneumonic plague. Wonder if they ever found those missing plague infested mice from the NJ lab back in 2005 and 2009.

Pneumonic plague affects the lungs. It's the least common variety of plague but the most dangerous, because it can be spread from person to person via cough droplets. Signs and symptoms can begin within a few hours after infection, and may include:

* Cough, with bloody sputum
* Difficulty breathing
* High fever
* Nausea and vomiting
* Weakness

Pneumonic plague progresses rapidly and may cause respiratory failure and shock within two days of infection. If antibiotic treatment isn't initiated within a day after signs and symptoms first appear, the infection is likely to be fatal.
