Offended? That's hilarious, what a crock.
Having said that, the USA, USA! chant if fucking childish and lame. If you could only yourselves through the eyes of a non-American you'd probably puke.
Everyone should have the right to do so however.

The Chant was a deliberate attempt to shame and ridicule the other team because of their ethnicity. If they had chanted "blacks, BLACKS, Blacks!!!", or "whites, whites, whites" it would have been just as idiotic. Apparently not many on this board have traveled outside of their own country. Nationalism is dead folks. Its one planet and one people. Get used to it. ...oh, and there's only one God and we're all about to find out what to call Him/Her/It even if He/It already said 'I am who I am'. The rest of you can have your little celebration of multiculturalism, but we true Americans aren't going to stand for it.
