Look, I am anything but an O'Bozo supporter (I voted for McCain just to try to keep the Clown Prince out of office), but I did go to HLS with him, and I attended the very "rally" in question in 1990. Derrick Bell, who was a very accomplished and respected African American professor, was hardly a "radical". The sit-ins, marches, etc that took place while I was there were innocuous and totally peaceful. There was nothing remotely "radical" about O'Bozo or Bell, who were basically only trying to appeal to the guilt of privileged upper middle class African American law students who would later go on to become partners at law firms and EVPs at Fortune 500 companies. In fact, the subject matter of the "rally" featured in this video was the ongoing push from the student body to force administrators to hire more professors of color. Not exactly a controversial issue. While I was at HLS we had only three (3) African-American professors (Charles Ogeltree, Derrick Bell and David Wilkins) among a faculty of about 100. The Latino faculty representation was even lower. Over the past 20 years those demographics may have changed without my knowledge (I am not an active HLS alum and would never give a dime to the school), but do take the student and faculty demographics into account when watching this video or any other video released of O'Bozo at HLS. Don't be fooled: no one who attends HLS is a true "radical". Students (including myself) were carefully screened to eliminate these sorts of inclinations, and half of the student body hails from Ivy League institutions where even the students of color aspire to assimilate and imitate their WASP brethren in every way imaginable. So file this video under "faux radicalism".

Let me be perfectly clear about this: there is absolutely NOTHING in O'Bozo's past at HLS that will provide the fodder that some seem to be desperately seeking. He was actually pretty milquetoast and gave no indication of ever posing a real (or imagined) threat to the elite interests in this country.

If this is the best that Breitbart has to offer, then the guy either died in vain, or he has been spirited to an underground bunker somewhere.

Bring it. Let the B.S. flags fly.
