Re: BBC news front page article: "Would you want to be a Freemason ?"
Masons ruined my country.
We live in poverty because of them.
There’s no meritocracy in this criminal organization.

We have a law:
“if you are a member of any secret organization, you are not allowed to occupy a position in the government”
and yet, almost all presidents, prime ministers or sub mother fuckers in the gov. are masons.

I see many pro-masonry bastards here…. This is not a soap opera!
The purpose of this article is to test the waters.
I’ll tell you the color of the waters: next revolution will be bloody.

You just have to ask yourself, if there is no conspiracy then how does this get to be on the front page of the worlds biggest and most famous state run tv website?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 12200296

Because IF there were a conspiracy, it would be reported on the front page of the worlds biggest and most famous state run tv website?

You just have to ask yourself, if you are a moron?

Re: BBC news front page article: "Would you want to be a Freemason ?"
Ignoring the conspiracies for a moment, I do like the way they support each other in times of distress..

I know a number of masons and they are always helping each other out, be it with support for family issues or with work and finances, they seem to go out of their way to help each other.

In a society where it is normal to stab everyone else in the back for the slightest perceived gain I admire that one trait in Masons (and like minded groups)

I will point out that I do dislike all the Masonic cloak and dagger nonsense, and dislike the way they seem to have their fingers in some of the many seedier conspiracies.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 12221483

I have been one for 11 years, the top half of your comment is completely true. To the bottom half of your comment I will say this. Any club or organisation that is members only and run behind closed doors will always be viewed with suspicion. It is true that in the past Freemasons did pull very large strings for each other in times of troubles.

The modern lodges are completely different. Gone are the days of the Chief Constable sorting out the criminal charges and fines. In fact if I approached the officers in my lodge and asked that, I would be blacked balled straight away. Times have changed and the brother hood has had to change with it.

As for their part in seedier conspiracies. Many high ranking officials and politicians are and have been members. Some of these individuals have been involved in less than orthodox dealings in the past. To say that is a direct link to the brotherhood is nonense, its a bit like saying because they all shoped at Tescos that Tescos has links to the dark side.

The main culprits that have seeked to sully the name of Freemasonry are the main religious houses. The brotherhood has in the past (and still is to certain degree to this day) always crossed paths with them. The main religions seek to control mankind, whereas we seek to controll ourselves and our surroundings. In the past this took alot of money away from them, so they started a hate campaign and started to link Freemasons with the dark side. The church back then was very powerfull and had alot of influence. This drove most lodges underground. This resulted in them being shrouded in even more mystery.

So just a brief outline at why we are viewed the way we are.

You are wrong in this day and age. The whole organization isn't needed anymore in the "brave new world" (that's the second cause of the article), despite following the same deity like the ones, in the really secret "brotherhoods". The church went down the same way, with the very same entity always on the top of it all.

The (En) books you read about us were always tuned in your favor (“tell them what they want to hear” else no profit from a book where UK is the bad guy) .

Even the Church you blame is openly AGAINST the masonry.

I live in a town where many of the cops (if not all) are Freemasons. They make tons of money for doing very little, they actually negotiate their salaries (paid for by our taxes), in secret, and are corrupt to their core. Other than that they're a great bunch of guys.

No. True Freemasons are geometric engineers draftsmen. That art has been used in the past for many great buildings of energy combine with astronomy. There secret is old news & act as they are a cult of elite secret men holding power.

NOT for a long long long time mate. Where Im from the majority of police chiefs and there leuitenants are masons. The local councils are riddleds with them and they DO NOT help anyone outside their clique.

Yes you may be correct. they may have, once upon a time, but like anything it has been infiltrated, desecrated and now it serves only to inhibit the general purpose of society.

DIVIDE and CONQUER mon ami.
