What's the longest distance you've ran/walked in one go??

In my younger years ...I walked over a hundred miles once.
In a rainstorm...outta gas and very fuckin cold.
And it took forever LOL

I've RAN over 14 miles... walked more than I can honestly remember. I'm currently training for the Air force.

I walk to the kitchen to get a beer.

non stop fast force march with full battle gear, 50 miles. lots of 14 mile runs

I ran 30 kilometres once when I was training for a marathon. I tore a ligament in my knee while I was doing it.

15 km but a little bit drunk, from city to city. No transport any more so no further options left out. Man my bed felt so good. And the last km looked like ten instead of one.

10km, thought i was going to die.

7 miles on Sunset; from Gower to Carolwood just shy of the Playboy mansion (I worked next door) - felt too stuffed coming out of a chinese restaurant in Hollywood & decided to walk to work instead of wating for the bus - felt a lot lighter when I got there I must say.

Besides, ppl like you will suffer extremely much - when your neightbours realizes that the 'people' you work for ARE NOT NEEDED ANYMORE... so sad, another soul wasted..(in thi army)

Used to do Fun Runs all the time, 10ks, have walked over 30, flat tyre on the way home from training, 10pm and no traffic, three of us, walked and ran until we found a phone, lol only had flip flops

Used to run 20km after work on Thursday nights. Used to take about 1hour 50mins.

Once ran 24km, and twice 21km in half ironman events (2km swim, 90km ride, and 21km run).

Walked 30km once.

A mate ran 100km for something to do.

And another mate has won the Manhattan Island swim twice (40km swim), and swam the English Channel twice back to back. His sister swam the Murray River (over 1000kms).

I have cycled 150km twice, takes about 5 hours.

40 miles. I was doing Tin Man Triathlons at the time. Usually ran 10 or 20 but felt strong that day. When i was done i hopped on the bike for 50 miles then swam 2 miles. Thank god i had pot. It makes you work out like an animal.

Backpacking in the 70's I walked 31 miles in a day. The day before I did 26. I was carrying a 45 pound pack.

50 miles as a kid.

Many 25 mile hikes.

12 is all I care to do lugging my 50 lb pack.

Military 50-10 (walk 50min - rest 10) I"ve done 120 miles in 41 hours. I couldn't walk straight for 2 days after that.

One stretch non stop - about 52. But that wasn't truly "non stop" either. I paused stretched, fixed shoes / socks etc.

Way back in 1975 I was in the 75th Inf 1st Ranger Bn and we did a 26 mile force run/walk with 50 pound rucks in 6 hours. That comes to 13-14 minute miles. We did it in platoon units and every man int the BN was forced to participate. Killed everyone but most made it... we were hauling ass...

26 miles in around 6 hours... Most Rangers can do this with 50 lb rucksack...

1975 In Basic training at Fort Polk, we did a 20 mile speed march with full gear, I was tired after it. LOL

I once walked almost non stop for 31 hours.
So I know when tshtf I can do at least that to find the bunkers for food & water...

in school we were forced torun 20 km.man it was no fun.

i ran away from chinese authority to india .we walked non stop for 30 days but budhist monks are taught to walk
