..if souls reincarnate because they have not yet freed themselves of their burdens-attachments( emotional, mental, physical)to this plane of existence, then its understood that suicide, being done because of the inability to go thru something of the three mentioned relating to this plane of existence, or, because of the plane of existence, would seem natural to assume that one would, in their next reincarnation, in some way or form be carrying with them the same sorrow or fear they had prior.
But there is absolutely no judgement.
The next question would be, is there a difference between sacrifice and suicide
