It's a genetic memory thing.
Their ancestors did not have or wear shoes in Africa.
Only the Rich or their Kings even wore sandals.
So to own shoes is to be really rich, and the higher the cost or the more highly sought after style, the better.
They do not realize this as it is a genetic memory thing.
Most other races adapted to wearing shoes or footwear Thousands of years ago. So there recent genetic memory is of always having shoes so it is no big deal to them.

This is not meant to put blacks down, as no one recognizes how much their genetic memory influences their lives.
This is just an acknowledgement that we all have one and that it influences each race differently.
If we understand that then we can change things and remove "hate" from the world.
