With the exercises at the gym (aerobics included and some pumping iron) and better feeding habits I have reduced 14 cm of belly ugly fat and I’m changing completely my whole body.

It’s fantastic. Just do it once a week because there’s a thin layer on our teeth to protect them. You can’t overdo this. Other way is using mush strawberry and baking powder and leave it in the teeth for 15 minutes:

Now, I’m gonna try NOT USING SHAMPOO and merely rinse my hair with apple cider vinegar and water, avocado and egg’s yoke or even coconut oil and doing massage in the hair, eventually using simple soap. Of course drinking it is a benefit as well:
