If you're referring to the vision of the sheet with all the unclean animals in it you are misapplying the word of God! That was a vision, not an actual sheet with filthy foods, and secondly if you read on Jesus makes it clear he was talking about PEOPLE, not calling PEOPLE unclean (the Gentiles in particular). He wasn't even talking about food in that vision, but used unclean foods so Paul would understand what He was trying to say to him! Actually this just disproves your point because Paul even said he had never eaten anything unclean anyway!
