Years ago I wondered about this and could not find a clear answer from the Bible that satisfied me. So I asked Him about it, whether I should eat pork or not?.

The next day on the radio was a news story about a community fighting a big pig farm. They are known for ruining the water quality, air, tons of waste. I felt bad for what messed up some peoples communities. There was my answer and reason why I don't eat pork.

Way back then when the population was just a fraction of what it is today, Jesus said to his disciples "You have not seen the things my Father has seen." I thanked him for showing me.

It also says, and I was raised this way. That if your a guest and served foods not considered clean, but of there culture that you can eat them and be grateful for the hospitality they offer.

Sorry I do not have the exact verse stuff, I do read the Bible a lot. I notice now my stomach does not tolerate pork but if it ends up in my food, beggers cant be choosey.

Life is to short to argue over what one eats. Not eating pork is my way of being kind to people I do not know, cause I love them.
