extream water on brain would not allow for natural closure of infant skull as fluid builds up it causes the head to expand pashing apart the bone pressure behind the eyes cause eyes to swell and bulge outwards, the child would eventually die naturally due to huge brain damage and inability to hold there head upright on neck suffacation very sad
