Quoting: Anonymous Coward 12406169 Ive been to Cheyenne many times, and its big city, Looks like its stuck in 1970s though.. like a time warp. I was through Cheyenne, once, too. Back then it had 80k people. I was so thrown off, being from CA, where my city had 300k and this was their capital city. I could retire but I'm waiting for Obamacare to become active, so I get free health care (gagging at the thought..nothing is free)
