there is a good argument to be made that eve did in fact sleep with another . if you look at cains actions you can see he did not have adams attributes but what put me over the top was farther in the book of gensis adam bloodline is given and cain is not of the same bloodline.

The nephilim were on the planet way before Adam and Eve. Adam and Eve weren't human, they were immortal Material Sons of God that came to uplift the DNA of man through their children. Eventually Eve was tricked into procreating with a human which was forbidden, so she became mortal as a result. Adam did the same exact thing to have the same fate as his partner. This event is known as the Adamic default. Most planets with evolving intelligent life get an Adam and Eve pair. Humans eventually reach a point were DNA improvement can no longer come from simple evolution, it needs outside help.

I actually brought this up during a recent bible study about nephilim.

There are only male angels, correct? Well angels don't have reproductive organs... why would they need them?

So I don't think the fallen angels actually had sex with the women, I'm pretty sure it was done some other way. I would be speculating if I said I knew what that way was.

There are different "Divine Beings" who have contributed to our DNA.
