Good Luck. Quoting: Epsilon 1543333 I agree with this...try acupuncture. Are you on an anti-seizure medication? Also, are you on a sedative? Last of all you should have a doctor you trust and one you can talk to. Follow your doctor's orders, but continue to research on your own. God bless you. Also, I will do some research too, and come back here to post it. |

There are several practitioners that do this type of work in the country. I thinks it's labeled as European Biological Medicine. Peace to you! My niece has bells palsey as well and my naturopath says you need Aspergillus Niger. www.pleosanum.com Please do your own research and get tested for I am not a medical doctor:) God Bless you and I hope you find what you're looking for! |

But they can suppress the symptoms and control future episodes of it with antiviral drugs and other things. Dont ask medical advice out here...sheesh. Go to a doctor |

The goal is to stimulate the facial nerves "back to life" so to speak. Also colloidal silver. Please follow the advice of a physician. Research, research... Good luck OP, I hope you can report back with some findings. "The more we do to you, the less you seem to believe we are doing it." -Josef Mengele |

Right away, I started using a heated massager on my face and neck areas. A friend who had the same thing gave me the tip but not entirely sure if the heated massage helped or it just ran its course. Good luck! |

One of the most important aspects of conspiracy theories is being able to discern when there isn't one. Oh yeah, like you'd understand anyway. So I'm just reaching out one more time before I just except my condition... Please let me know! Quoting: B-Easy I had it once, I can't believe you didn't get the 7 day prednisone pills. That's what I got for it, was gone in 7 days. I love physics. UNREAL--It just happened to me--It is now @3 weeks-started with my left eye weeping and i had terrible pain behind my ear--Went to sleep and woke up and the left side of my face was drooping.DOC said It is inflamed 7th cranial nerve-which breaks into 7000 diff nerve fibers.OP-check the link for causes, symptoms home treatment etc lots of info-""such as""when muscles are completely flaccid, it's probably advisable to limit therapy to moist heat (to ease soreness and reduce swelling), massage (also to ease soreness, plus to provide a degree of motion & stimulation to the muscles and increase circulation) and mental exercises (to retain the "memory" of facial motions). Facial muscles are not at risk of permanent atrophy for quite a long time. Focus your exercise energy on maintaining the brain-to-nerve-to-muscle connection. This is more important than the physical motions your muscles did before,VERY INORMATIVE SITE -good luck -mine is early and has not started to heal yet--I like the ginger -tea idea [link to www.bellspalsy.ws] |

I got it 2 yrs ago and my eye is still a little droopy, especially when I'm stressed or tired. I still have hope. I think if I learned how to relax more and not stress so much, it would eventually get better. Good luck. You're definitely not alone. |

I've been on a modified version for 12 days now and almost all the inflammation in my neck, shoulder and back is gone. The foods and juices required will relieve inflammation quickly. From WebMD site: "In most cases of Bell's palsy, the nerve that controls muscles on one side of the face is damaged by inflammation." |

Mine mostly cleared up after 6 months but i still have a bit of trouble with my left eye, cant whistle/drink out of bottles and get random painful spasms on the side of my face when i get tired. |
