The Egyptians used honey to heal their body, mind and soul. I recently picked up a book from the local library which talked about all the uses of Honey. The females of Egypt used the Honey for smooth skin also.

I have been eating local honey for about a year or more. I use it a few times per day for energy and overall good health. Anyone with allergies should use a local honey. The bees will collect from flowers in the local area and once humans eat the honey they build up resistance from the pollen that is making them sick.

The Egyptians had many ways to heal the body such as energy rods and many things we have never been told about. That is why they are always vilified and called evil. TPTB does not want people looking into Egyptian technology or the way they used nature to cure the body.

One thing I do every morning that is very easy. Mix a table spoon of local honey with Cayenne Pepper, Cinnamon, Turmeric, with hot water. I like to make a cup anytime I get hungry or need extra energy.
