I was quickly reading through this thread again, up to page 16 for now (90 pages is a long way to go, and way past bedtime for me). The OP did say a lot of interesting stuff. There is some good advice there too.

I am still puzzled by the things that didn't sit right, and I hope he comes back to clarify. He promised the keys, and altough delayed and postponed a couple of times, he did mention page 96... Let's see what happens.
