everytime i quiet my mind to talk to spirit, i get high pitched ear tones like tinnitus, but it only happens when im focused... Anyone else experience stuff like this? It's kinda comforting :)

yes I have. I hear a high frequency . One time as soon as I woke ...I heard a open phone line sound in my ear, like when you turn your house phone on to get an open line.

I do too.. it doesn't bother me at all. The frequency rapidly shifts upward in steps, until I don't hear it at all. By that time I'm very calm.

It happens to me when it's very quiet, my mind is quiet, or I'm drifting to sleep.

I think the strangest one i had was while attempting to astral project, tinnitus came on but as i got closer to leaving the sound seemed to get lower and pulsing. But, me being me, got scared and jolted. I'll get it one day :)

haha I have a similar experience...I've been able to "step out" (sounds weird...but it feels like I'm pulled through my eyelids) and then I can see and "walk" around the room around me while I'm laying down in that lucid state.

Before this happens and extremely high vibrating sensation comes all over my body...

I get the tinninus, but its in the form of a strong white noise with pressure that brings on a a light-headed feeling right before I can "step out" (in the lucid state).

It took me a while to realize what was going on...as this happened to me a lot as a child (then stopped for a while)...and the first few times it happened to me as an adult it scared me to death as I was looking at my body but my consciousness knew I was awake.

I've "walked" around my room and "walked" down my hallway...but then this crazy magnetic pull BACK to my body comes, like my astral body gets scared, or the pull away from my physical body gets too strong that I want to go back to a "safe" place. Does that make any sense at all? Most of the time the pull back to my body is so strong I will fall off my couch or bed when it happens...its like a battle because my mind wants to keep going because its soo cool, but the other side of me is scared it won't make it back to my physical body.

And on that note, if you don't already think I'm crazy, there is a lot more I can share about our DNA, the shift, and some metaphysical abilities we all will start seeing.
