Its almost a trance like/hypnotic state (Source energy)... Where you know you are present, here on earth, in this body, but your mind is guided to dimensions you couldn't understand before when you were in a focused state (everyday life)....the more time you spend there...the more you get to know youself and who you really are. Many are noticing an increase in these metaphysical abilities to connect and "see" things and understand themselves better...sometimes it can be scary or unnerving to have these abilities (whethere they come in dreams, visions, words, etc.) just listen to them...and the more you listen, the more they will talk and then you work together with your conscious and subconscious to help rationalize your reality...then life becomes more magical than you could ever imagine! Hi Mission, The way it is for me mostly...I will get really sleepy right out of the blue. I will have to go lay down. As soon as I do, I am dreaming and getting messages and answers to questions I just may have thought about. Just as if having hyper light specific downloads to my light core instantly. Love is what manifests this. AHH Thats so cool! I started doing that a few months ago...and have just picked up on the reason a few weeks ago. I NEVER nap, and always have a ton of energy....but the last few weeks this feeling has come over me and it literally takes over in about 5 minutes. I will be fine and then feel like I have narcolepsy and can't keep my eyes open! Its so weird. Do you lucid dream when you take these naps? I find that I can direct my dreams (its like I know I'm laying there "asleep" but I can still direct my thoughts/dreams) and my ability to "steP" outside of this reality is much easier in these states...my vibratory rate seems to get really high, and energy waves just flow left and right through my body (and for those who haven't experienced this, yes, I know it sounds crazy...but for those who have...there are other people out there experiencing it as well!). I also notice and intense pressure almost in an L shape from my pineal/forhead area to midbrain and then out the top of my head. Its so weird, its not that painful most of the time, just an intense magnetic pressure when I lay in certain positions. this started happening to me years ago.., the sudden need for sleep when like you, I never napped before. I feel this when I in the Aplha and Omega's presence, and He wants to give me a message. I dream vivid and panoramic, also I hear His voice speaking to me. I see HIM sometimes, and we discuss things. There was a dream I had recently, where he sat at my kitchen table and told me stories. His eyes were a striking beautiful brilliant blue, and I felt very close to him..like he is family. I don't have any pressure on my forhead, but I did years ago. This is why I have no fear. I know GOD is watching out for us, and is helping mankind wake up again. I completely agree...fear is the last place any of us need to be...its sad when people always bring doom and gloom to GLP. The world is changing, we are all waking up to a reality we never knew existed...beyond our wildest dreams, literally. We need to be open to whatever is out there because putting God in a box is the last thing anyone needs to do...put limits on His power and ability to use others as His workers and angels helping Him accomplish His work here on earth. Its sad how many people on here bash others for their visions and insight... God works in mysterious ways, and will use the least likely to show the nation how powerful and marvelous He really is...and He is just waiting within us all...to bring us back to Source, and a life of acceptance, love and respect of others. The frequency rapidly shifts upward in steps, until I don't hear it at all. By that time I'm very calm. It happens to me when it's very quiet, my mind is quiet, or I'm drifting to sleep. I get the tinninus, but its in the form of a strong white noise with pressure that brings on a a light-headed feeling right before I can "step out" (in the lucid state). It took me a while to realize what was going on...as this happened to me a lot as a child (then stopped for a while)...and the first few times it happened to me as an adult it scared me to death as I was looking at my body but my consciousness knew I was awake. I've "walked" around my room and "walked" down my hallway...but then this crazy magnetic pull BACK to my body comes, like my astral body gets scared, or the pull away from my physical body gets too strong that I want to go back to a "safe" place. Does that make any sense at all? Most of the time the pull back to my body is so strong I will fall off my couch or bed when it happens...its like a battle because my mind wants to keep going because its soo cool, but the other side of me is scared it won't make it back to my physical body. And on that note, if you don't already think I'm crazy, there is a lot more I can share about our DNA, the shift, and some metaphysical abilities we all will start seeing.
