Hate to say it, since I hate Big Brother,
but have you ever gotten into an accident
with some low-life who was uninsured?
It comes out of YOUR ass,
even though it is
HIS FAULT!
I'd like to see every single uninsured driver's
car in the impound lot, and they don't get it
out until they are insured.
