Nice article. I'm in it for the dental benefits, which the article proves. I've done this once and my teeth are already whiter. I'm going to keep doing it every day and see what happens.
I don't have any of the health problems that oil pulling claims to cure, so I really can't comment on that.

But the testimonials speak for themselves really. If its a placebo effect then I don't see a problem with that, it's still working.
