Been back on track (mostly) the past couple of months. Self-diagnosed, non-celiac intolerance. When i eat wheat, i pay a price. I don't find it very hard to stick to at home, its when i go out n'about or at others'. The pasta is great (corn/rice blend is my fave), cereals are fine, the bread lacks texture but one does get used to it eventually. Longest i've stuck to it completely is 4-5mths at a time, been on & off it for 2-3 yrs now. Good luck!
