I've been gluten-free for 8 months... ever since being diagnosed with Hashimoto's. To be honest, I don't feel one bit better. In fact, I feel worse than I did before the diagnosis... I was SO hoping that I would feel better by now.  Being gluten-free is helping many though... I'm glad for that.   I went for a year. No difference. Actually, it made my pcos worse since most GF alternatives are higher in glycemic load than wheat versions. Gluten free pasta for instance is terrible for you if you have any issues with carbs or insulin resistence. Be careful before trying this diet and be sure that theire aren't other issues behind your health problems...
