I applaud the guy. Imagine how hard it would to do what he did in Africa. He overcame tons of obstacles to make a product that probably surfs the web as good as any iPad.. And let's face it, that's what they're used for 90% of the time.

There is a huge selection of System On Chip employing fast processors (usually flavours of ARM) with graphics accelerators, HD video decoding, USB device/host connectivity, integrated controllers for touch screens, HDMI etc etc, and thus it is easier for the hardware and software developers.

It is amazing what is going on in Africa

I, however, got scammed for $300.00 down payment on a rental. I was told to go see the house and once i mailed the money in to the owner, who happened to be traveling all over the world, I could move right in.
We went to see the house and it was beautiful and the price fair! I got a little suspicious at some point, after i wired the $300 to Africa. I called a realtor and he looked up the home. The house was not for sale or rent. The owner had a different name.
SO WE GOT ROYALLY SCREWED!!!

SO BEWARE, THIS IS THEIR LATEST IN THEIR BAG OF TRICKS AND SCAMS.
