I do not believe this story for one bit.
Me and a friend where personally under the GWB on 9/11 on our Jetskis trying to find a place to unload because they had all the loading ramps closed down. We had a Coast Gaurd Cutty and about 5 police boats surround us, not counting the cops on land. I was on land while my buddy was pulling my Jetski underneath the GWB. (I was looking for anywhere to pull our jetskis out of the water). They had guns drawn on him and me. It took about 3 hours for them to clear us and let us go. I was there, under the bridge on 9/11 from about 7pm until 10pm when they opened up a ramp for us to get out of there. I did not witness no trucks with bombs or anything else for that matter. All there attention was placed on us.
Just my personal observation.

If you were riding around on a Jetski underneath the GW bridge on 9/11, and were accosted by the police as you described, then why wasn't this incident reported in the press? Seems to be like this would be something they'd jump on, no matter how it worked out for you. Another point. The GW bridge car lanes are at least 100 feet above water level. So how could you possible notice what was going on overhead? Especially considering as how you were being confronted by large numbers of police pointing guns at you?
