It was deemed illegal and unconstitutional...It was put into effect out of desperate necessity and then put down after its use. It was NEVER ment to be used again. Being activate in itself is a sign that's unmistakable if you know the history of it. Also pay ATTENTION to all the other laws and orders that have been quietly being activated and lines up in the last years...starting back in Bush jr time. They have been preparing for something that's inevitable...Something we have no choice over. We are in preparedness lvl for a reason. And they have used every trick in the book to get us here; and when caught we learn the media is in their pockets; and here we are.
