The Bible is pretty much silent on the issue of whether or not animals have souls. The christian community is divided on the issue too, some believe, and some don't.

Well, time to put that issue to rest. Yes, animals have souls! The thousands of NDE's aren't proof positive for some believers because they don't believe in NDE's. Well then, this is for you.

The Second Book of Enoch contains this testimony from Enoch, who was taken and shown Heaven and Hell, and everything in between. This is what he says regarding animals.

Chapter 58 & 59 says:

"The Lord will not judge a single soul of an animal for humanity's sake, but judges human should with regard to their animals in this world, as humans have a special place. Just as human should will not perish, neither will animals perish. Animals' soul will not perish, nor will and soul of an animal which the Lord created. At the great judgment, they will accuse people, if they have not fed them well. "Whoever defiles the soul of animals, defiles their own soul"

So, what does that mean? It means that animals all have souls too that live on after the death of the body. It also says that the souls of animals are not judged because they had a lower position on the earth, they are not sinful because they were not human. It also means that if you abused an animal, the soul of that animal will testify against you in heaven before the Father on judgment day.

The souls of all animals go to heaven, they are not judged, they are not sinful, and they will have a say on judgment day.

Yes, God created all the animals and He called His creation "good". Not even one sparrow falls from a tree without Him knowing about it.

So, if you're grieving over a lost pet, rest assured that the soul of that animal is alive and well in heaven.

Although they do have a certain amount of god soul, animals certainly do not have all of the god given rights humans have.

They have a right for life, respect, bear arms and defend themselves if they need to.
They don't have freedom of movement, no right for shelter, food and medical aid.

They obviously have no right to vote and no legal right to sue a person in court.

I don't think some of the things you've listed are god given rights, I do not think he intended thing like greedy governments or the need to vote for them for a start. That's a man made right.

Pretty clear to me Enoch was taken up to a space ship. That is why those books are not included in the bible.

i do believe in souls and that goes for everyone and everything that exists on this world and in all unsiverses.

Well, you need to look at WHO decided that it shouldn't be included and WHY. Jesus's own brothers quoted from the Book of Enoch, so that's pretty much good enough evidence for it as far as I'm concerned.

No, it does not mean that you shouldn't eat animals, but if you want to be a vegetarian, that's great.

In the New Earth, in His Holy Kingdom, I don't believe we be eating animals.
