Actually that is a bad translation.The OP is correct that the Christ is back on earth witrh a new name but it is not him.But Acts 1:11 actually says He will come back and proceed on His path to heaven as He did this time.
It is poorly translated.Why would they say "why are you looking there that is where He will come from"that doesnt make sense.

I wish no one to perish. And, as you can tell, there are many unbelievers. I do the things the Father wants Me to do. And, that is to save as many souls and to change theirs ways before the Final Bowl is cast upon the Earth. For an earthquake will fall upon the earth, such as man has never seen before, since he has been on earth. If you believe in Me Life is given freely.

The most powerful earthquake that has been recorded was a 9.6. It was either in Chile or Alaska. I believe it was Chile, if memory serves me right. Now according to Revelation, this earthquake is stronger then anything man has seen since he's been on earth. So I'm kinda thinkin, its goin to knock the earth off it's axis by a couple degrees. And, those who have Faith in Me, as scripture says, you are not to be shaken out of your right mind. That you will know what is going on. I create a New Heaven and a New Earth. The stars you see tonight, will not be in the same position on that Final Day of Judgement. God is calling the human race to turn back to Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. You have a choice, to believe or not to believe.

Christ doesn't need to appear to the whole world at once and speak in their languages, he just needs to post on a crazy people website, I see it now!

God can speak to people anyway He wants to. Especially, to the sinners/the unbelievers who walk and talk after their own lust. It is presumputous of you to think that Christ would not use any means possible to get His message. Foolish people who show contempt of the Lord will be cast down and their wickedness will be their own destruction.
