Hello,
I cannot speak for another man. But I seek to serve the one spoken of in Daniel;
"... I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.
And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed..." - Daniel 7:13-14
To me, He is The Holy One Of Israel.
and The Father is The LORD of HOSTS.

Indeed- it is amazing what a little chastening can do: 2 Samuel 7:14 14I will be his father, and he shall be my son. Recorded as coming from 'the word of the LORD' (2 Sam 7:4) I am sure we could spend some time on these verses (as with all others). Soaking up wonderful and deep insights, but sadly, it is getting late here and an early, busy day planned for tomorrow (LORD willing). Perhaps a discussion for another thread/evening.
