In my opinion he did not sin either.
His intention wAs to resolve a dispute ... He had good motive and unintentional killed a man. It was not something he wanted to do.
It was an accident. Even with Adam he simply forgot the command to not ear.
All these were not sin. Rather evidence that they were mortal men with ability to make unintentional error.
My question to you however... You say Jesus didn't sin ... But you say Moses did. Why do you say that.
In my opinion no prophets committed sin.

This all goes back to our discussion on where it is a sin to have a thought even if you don't act on it. Your own scriptures say that NO ONE is without sin. Romans 5:12 KJV Wherefore , as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned. Yet they then turn and claim j'sus is without sin. See here is your problem... You claim j'sus is a man and the NT says ALL men have sinned. Why did I say he must have been a robot? Simply because you make it sound like he had no choice. How would a MAN, manage to never have a single bad thought unless he was dehumanized. Sorry if that upsets you, I'm simply trying to make a point.
