Luke 22:36 says 'they' should get swords (not 'the man without a sword'), and Luke 22:37 says it is so that Jesus would be numbered with the transgressors (the law breakers) to fulfill a prophecy in Isaiah. Further refutement: Luke 22:51 specifically states Jesus told them not to attack ('no more of this!'), and he never gave them the order to ever use the swords in the first place.
