that is complete and utter bullshit. i live in L.A. and have been in several large quakes. there is absolutely no rule saying an aftershock must occur within minutes or hours or it's a foreshock. sometimes they do sometimes they don't. sometimes they are a foreshock. but spreading bs and fearmongering that if there isn't an aftershock immediately it's a foreshock is just lame
