I guess Rand Paul wasn't bullshiting when he warned that the government considered Preppers to be Terrorists.

SurvivalBlog says that the FBI attached a long-lived cookie that allowed them to track the sites that readers subsequently visited The Cookie was "foresee-alive.js" Javascript code.

Totally agree that this shouldn't be a shocker but I think it's very telling..... There seems to be a major effort to go after preppers lately and it seems to be going into overdrive lately.

They seem to be increasing their efforts to make Preppers look like wackos as well. I think all these doomsday preppers shows on T.V. are just part of the equation. Soon they will be declaring them all mentally defective and that will be it.

Another simpler explanation is that since there are a LOT of people who work at Homeland Security, maybe there are some people that work there who are interested in prepping themselves?

I'm not taking a stance either way, pro-prepper nor anti-prepper, but I would like to add: this fact should come as no surprise to anyone.

You'd have to be an idiot to not think that EVERYTHING goes through a government-controlled cyber door from sites like that. That includes this place.

Folks, every damn thing you "say" over the internet is recorded and could very easily be examined by TPTB.

I wonder if the gov will shut down the "Emergency suppliers" to deeming them crazy for ever selling such things. June 1st is the starting of hurricane season and if the weather continues to show us how unpredictable it is, we all need to be ready, whether the gov wants us to or not!

Why are they concerned about preppers? Shouldn't they be following "patriot groups" or even gun owners who may try to overthrow the government? Nothing against those people, but I just dont see why they care about people who stock up on food. I've got 6 month supply hidden in my garage and I own no guns.. so why the hell do they care?

On TV with your preps = low hanging fruit. Here in West Virginia, prepping is a pretty normal thing to do. I know several LEO of varias jurisdiction, including federal, and they all prep. They are quiet about it. But lots of others are not.

The wife and I make herbal medicine, live a bike lifestyle, cook from scratch with a pantry, knit, spin fiber, sew, hunt, garden, brew kombucha and grow sprouts in our kitchen, and live a very DIY lifestyle. We are active in our community, have lots of friends, and are always giving away the fruits of our lifestyle to those in hard times. We are more open because we are always looking for other DIY lifestyle people to trade with. All that would be different if we lived in a large population area. The emphasis would be on secrecy and paranoia. But not here. Hornswaggalen and tradin are how lots of the old timers get by here. Self sufficiency is respected, not feared.

All the fear of preppers seems to manifest from the TV REALITY MATRIX AND FEDS in the FED ZONES, who are bent on centralizing money and power into the whole FEDERSERVE PRIVATE BANKING CARTEL NWO thing. They know what they do, and are afraid of anyone they cannot debt-slave into a state of desperate dependancy on their central authority.

And just about everyone around here knows their game. Liberty is the word on everyone's lips. Its our game as Americans.

Dont worry, the FBI and CIA are goingto lose the spying war for this simple reason.

There are now many millions of conspiracy theorists to spy on :) what they going to do arrest all of us? Only option they have is a quick mass kill off, but if they do that we will all know who did it and they would be strung up.

So what they going to do? You vanmot enforce a tyranny if no one goes along with it.

Freedom is a two edge sword tempered with responsibility and self reliance. They fear preppers because we are not dependant on their colour of law private banking cartel recievership arrangement. Because we can feed and take care of ourselves, we are harder to control. Thats what moves against preppers are about. Control. Look at history. They want to control us with food and resources. Many of us are discovering the wonderful tactic of walking away from the consumer matrix.
