I was trying to locate that HAARP-vessel Sea-based X-band radar, but it's out of range... Hmmmm

It goes for marine name "SBX" without the quotes. Anybody here has seen that shit navigating along the coast of California, Gulf of Mexico...

I guess their scan that operates in 14.1 Mhz is catching lots of EM radiation activity in California.

Though the one that operates in 18.1 seems to be aimed for Pacific coast.
