I absolutely agree with this plan... and have been striving for exactly what you've stated.

At least you are aware of it... the worst case is when people are not aware of it. They can be rallied into terrible mass shootings and all kinds of other terrible activities as their endocrine system can be hyperactivated by various directed energy devices. This can cause extreme emotions, etc. Couple this with the thought suggestions and this truly is the most powerful covert technology in use today.

You can, if you want, go to the FBI - and simply tell them what you suspect, in a ralxed, clear, and complete way. The most important thing is that you take your time, slow down (Cold Play - "Slow it Down"), and just be relaxed with everything that you do. If that means you take a little more time to do it - to communicate more slowly - then that's what it means.

The residual, as I like to call them, a group of well organized people that still feel like this is their planet and everyone else is below them, rely on the ignorance of FBI agents and many others within government. As the hardcore truth really sinks in, the residual will fade away into the history books. Some will be arrested, some won't... it doesn't matter. What matters is that we transition into an honest world order. We can make a new world.
