I got rid of my breakout like this...

1. Go to a dermatologist and have him spray the bastards with liquid nitrogen.

2. Get a perscription for IMIQUIMOD topical cream. It's expensive but definitely helps just be patient with it.

3. What's left of the suckers by week 4-8 apply drops of some 10-15% iodine solution (lugol's) before bed and wait for it to dry.. It will sting... repeat every now and then... it will literally fry what's left of those fuckers and you'll be in the free and clear.

4. It also helps to get more sleep, reduce alcohol intake, avoid stress causing situations and to get some exercise and most important of all don't let it depress you or they'll get worse.
