Well, there are about 40 murders per day in the US, but blacks are murdered more than six times as often as whites, so that's about six murders of white people per day versus about 35 murders of blacks.

On top of that, for almost all murders the perpetrator and victim are of the same race (whites 86% of the time, blacks 94% of the time). So saying that one white is murdered by a black every day is a bit of an exaggeration, though to turn it around it is reasonable to estimate that about two blacks are murdered by whites every day.

Even if that weren't the case, and blacks were responsible for most white homicides, does that make it okay to shoot a random black person?

Not true. Florida has a huge violent crime problem and it's well known who is committing the majority of those crimes, if you just watch the local FL news in any town in FL.

Zimmerman is no doubt a busybody who should have stayed out of it, but the law is essentially a good one.

This is the silliest post I have ever read. Look at the states, Blacks commit more than half the murders in the US. It is impossible that two Blacks are murdered by Whites every day, but very possible for two Whites to be murdered every day by Blacks, since the vast majority of interracial crime is committed by Blacks.

Well the good new's is, like someone mentioned above black's actually kill other black's more than they do white''s. And white's do the same thing, they tend to kill other white's. But black's are still the one's committing most Interracial crime's therefore proving they are the most racist people out there.

I don't know what Florida law you're referring to but I'm not disputing that that the shooting of Trayvon appears to have been unjustified. I don't think anybody is disputing that.

The fact is, there have been dozens of murders of whites by blacks since this story broke. You'll never hear about the victims and they'll just be buried without a national outcry.

And you're right, I misread the statistics - even though blacks are murdered more than six times as often as whites, there are fewer of them, so the numbers come out about even. Let's try again. There are about 40 murders per day in the US. Of those, on average 20 are of whites, 19 of blacks, and 1 of other. (This is just an approximation.)

On average (again an approximation), 17 whites are murdered by other whites, while 3 are murdered by blacks or other nonwhites. On the other side, of the 19 blacks murdered, 18 are murdered by other blacks while 1 is murdered by a white or other nonblack.

So I concede the detail but not the overall point (apparently) of the OP that this justifies gunning down a black kid just because he makes you nervous.

He was pointing out the silliness of thinking that the murder rates for whites and blacks are equivalent. They're not.

similar to the stats that black gods reportely rape wite debbil women vs the opposite on a ratio yearly of about 1000 to 10000 to one, I assume the likelihood of a similar ratio in murders is also the case, although the designation of black gods are fairly obvious, while the stats include a variety of otherwise self segregating racial groups into the wite debbils roup, including races such as hebrews, arabs, hispanics and mixed light skinned asians.
If we're gonna talk race, lets at least segregate them based on anthropologic lines, and not based upon some devious public 'servant' eager to toady the agenda against european culture and all that goes with it.
