So you've moved from hypothesis to theory in 6 months...based on what methodology, what was your H1, H2, etc and your null hypothesis. I could say all day long with a 100% degree of certainty that an earthquake will happen, we just don't know where or when. Listen if you have done something other than what USGS has done, then you should share, reap those benefits for saving millions of lives with your god like abilty to predict catastrophic earth quakes.
Also define "this afternoon", GMT?, Eureka Local time, EST? Which is it? Also, North America is quite large, where are you speaking apart from Eureka. You make it sound as if there is going to be a BIG event elsewhere TONIGHT!
