Why Is NOAA's Weather Forecast Almost Always WRONG? | |

According to them, it was currently mostly cloudy out and breezy with winds from 16 to 21mph. But outside my window, it is currently bright and sunny, not a cloud in the sky and not even a whisper of a breeze. Constant prediction FAIL are they all GLPers or something? Why do I always check even though I know they will be wrong? When will I ever learn? Might as well say clear to mostly cloudy with a chance of precipitation every day. Oh and pay no mind to the giant vortex spinning over the middle of the country.
