The real "manna' you are talking about is clearly spoken of in the bible and it is not gold or mushrooms. John 4:14
But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.John 7:38
He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.Song of Solomon 4:12
A garden inclosed is my sister, my spouse; a spring shut up, a fountain sealed.Song of Solomon 7:2
Thy navel is like a round goblet, which wanteth not liquor: thy belly is like an heap of wheat set about with lilies.Song of Solomon 2:16
My beloved is mine, and I am his: he feedeth among the lilies.Song of Solomon 4:16
Awake, O north wind; and come, thou south; blow upon my garden, that the spices thereof may flow out. Let my beloved come into his garden, and eat his pleasant fruits.
The manna that was given to the Israelites in the time of Moses, was different to the later described Manna. Many believe the earlier manna was mushrooms, which did not give eternal life.John 6:31
Our fathers did eat manna in the desert; as it is written, He gave them bread from heaven to eat. 6:32
Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven. 6:33
For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world.John 6:35
