They need to arrest that man. If for nothing else, someone is gonna take a chunk out of his ass. I just saw news footage of the lynch mob calling for his arrest and I wouldn't be surprised if someone decides to take the law into their own hands. Blood will be on the hands of the Police Dept if they don't act soon.
