If you use the timezone of Alaska, where HAARP is located, the 188-day is even more precise!
The quake in Christchurch on the HAARP timezone:

Friday, September 03, 2010 at 08:35:46 AM (AKDT) - Alaska Daylight (Anchorage)

The quake in Japan on the HAARP timezone:

Thursday, March 10, 2011 at 08:46:23 PM (AKST) - Alaska Standard (Anchorage)

Not a single day of deviation from the 188 cycle in the two quakes above...

In the case of Fiji there is a one day deviation:

Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 11:30:59 AM (AKDT) - Alaska Daylight (Anchorage)

(In the morning of the next day...)

Since the theory said the count would start on 27 February 2010, and the intervals would be of 188 days, the theory predicted earthquakes above 7.0 in the Richter scale in the following dates:

(+ 188 days)

- 03 September 2010 (or one day before or after)

(+ 188 days)

- 10 March 2011 (or one day before or after)

(+ 188 days)

- 14 September 2011 (or one day before or after)

(+ 188 days)

- 20 March 2012 (or one day before or after)
