Very clever and quite creative actually. Renig is a misspelling of Renege as defined as to back out of a deal or promise.

Maybe there are many Americans out there who made promises to not re-elect Obama and are now having second thoughts about it. If that is the case then well the sticker can be viewed as a Threat or voter intimidation. Going down the ethnic path also insults the voter. All of this from a misspelling of a word, this can happen only in America.
