Participants’ records are cleared if they complete the program, which involves counseling, community service and restitution. I know what PRE trial is. As in before a trial. You do not plead guilty before a trail or there wouldn't be a need for a trial. Those charges were dismissed. Big difference from a guilty plea. Sigh. Google it up if you don't understand what pretrial intervention means. It is designed to help prevent first time offenders from having a record. It does entail a guilty plea before you get to join the program. Go listen to all 8 of the 911 tapes, before you go to wal Mart and buy your poster board for your local rally today. In the end of pretrail the charges are dismissed, so the final and only outcome that counts is charges dismissed! Sigh.....
