I monitor this site every day and never seen this. Must be a mistake.

Can a large quake in Chile really affect all the US seismic servers?

I was thinking maybe something affected Earth itself causing the Chile earthquake.

What the heck does this mean?

I have seen this before when there is a big quake somewhere that day

If this is true, then why can't we all feel something?

The Earth is still ringing from the Chile quake.
Global seismos always do this after big quakes.

maybe this is all leading up to a mega-quake

It was like this a few days ago as well...last week, maybe it was the week before.

That would be the Chile quake, every seismic server around the world would have picked that up.

Click on each one of them and look at the times, they will all be just after the Chile quake.

As for the question "if this is so then why don't we all feel it"? you could have a quake 1 mile from your home and not feel it but your neighbor did, many factors count as why this is including the rocks, sedimentary, water, gases etc the P-waves have to pass through.

This has been explained so many times on here, look it up.

My ears have been "ringing" too tonight...that high pitched noise out of nowhere. Comes and goes. Weird.

yes, the chile earthquake tonight certainly does affect the seismic activity in the u.s., go on to yellowstone seismic sensors, it shows up on every graph. if you look back the huge japan quake also affected all seismic meters in western part of north america and probably beyond.
