The call you recorded with the superintendent was a call originating in and between two parties within the state of Oklahoma proper. Oklahoma is a single party state with regards to recorded conversations. That means only one party need be aware that a recording is taking place. As such, your recording is a proper and legal transcription between you (the knowing party) and another, and you have the right to publish that as you see fit.
