I have had sleep paralysis many times and only had clear auditory sounds a couple of times. Both times were defnitely not good. The first one was what sounded like an old lady laughing in a very sickly sweet evil laugh and continued to get louder and louder and then entered my body and made me laugh insane exactly like her and it morphed into like a deeper demonic laugh and then I woke up.

The other audible sleep paralysis I had was back in 2006. It was the first and only time I had sleep paralysis while asleep on my stomach. I woke up paralyzed while asleep on my stomach and there was (I never got to see it) what sounded like an evil dog snarling and growling very deeply into my right ear and then it started clawing at my back and barking viciously. It was pretty horrible I could actualy feel being clawed in the back! I had been pretty familiar and comforatable with sleep paralysis when this happened but this one really freaked me out. I checked my back as soon as I could and no scratches!
