OK, so first of all I watched the video and it is as silly and vague as the other Fulford videos I've watched. It also sounds like the "200 million man army" that is going to somehow "take out" the Illuminati consists of every single student of martial arts (karate/kung fu/judo, etc) in the world, which again makes almost no sense. No explanation of how this system is actually going to be established, and to me it sounds VERY suspiciously like just another NWO scheme.

More importantly, Fulford's exact quote on the issue of money being distributed to people was:

"We offer a very different vision. We offer world peace. We offer $100,000 (DOLLARS) for EVERY MAN, WOMAN AND CHILD to be delivered in the form of schools, hospitals, free education, nature preserves and all the sort of things that most people want."

So my questions still stand, and I think this is all just a bunch of hot air.
