Spent some time in Santa Lucia Milpas Altas about 20 years ago. It is a little mountain town halfway between Antigua and Guatemala City. Wonderful, friendly people and El Gallo beer! At that time, there was power for maybe 4 hours a day in that town. Hope all is well....que le vaya bien!
